Studio units are spacious enough, although there's no balcony. Space is good for 1-2 person. No electric and water interruption here and they do give an update if there will be a scheduled maintenance. Pool area is nice. Guards are very friendly as well.

Princeton residence is the go to if you need accessibility to the train stations in the metro. It is conveniently located beside the Gilmore Station. The rooms are also clean and peaceful. There are ATMs and a 711 store below the building. It is also walking distance from Robinson's Magnolia.

I've lived here for 6 months. I'm visiting the place every now and then. I've tried Air BNB here also which is great.

Ok...so the staff are great for starters. The units are small ( mine was very dirty..I mean,Im not sure it's ever been cleaned or hasn't been ANYTIME soon ,but that has to do more with the individual owner of this unit as opposed to the overall building.) The weird thing that I've noticed the most here is that...nobody talks to each other..I've been in the Philippines for months and everyone, everywhere,is very chatty,but not here in this building and it's like right out of the twilight zone 😵‍💫. But the elevators are super fast,which is good,ya know, because of the awkward silence 🤣

I stayed at the Princeton Residence for three weeks from mid-November into December 2022 - at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated the apartment there. It had a small kitchen with dishes, stove top, kettle and refrigerator, a couch, a table with four chairs, of course a good bed, a spacious bathroom and a very nice view of the city. I had a contact person who responded quickly to requests. Thank you very much Mariel. Downstairs in the building there is a laundry, a bank branch with two ATMs and a well-stocked 7Eleven. When I had to stay in the building for two to three days due to an illness, I was able to arrange everything through the building's infrastructure. Walking distance to the Robinson Magnolia with a good food court and very good outdoor area with really excellent restaurants. The residence also has a little gem, right next to the building is the MRT Gilmore station. I accessed large parts of Manila via the MRT/LRT system. They are wonderful memories. You need a dash of adventure for this accommodation, I wouldn't recommend it to spoiled people, but Manila is not a good choice for them anyway. I am traveling on to Taiwan soon, of my many accommodations in the Philippines, Princeton Residence was my favorite.

Booked here thru an app. Registration at the lobby during check in is required since this is a condominium. Front desk would check you with the guard so its important to inform your host of your arrival time. Room was standard condo unit. Has a stove, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Room has a smart TV also but no cable connection. Wifi was fast. Bed was comfortable but pillows and linen are thin though smooth and comfy. Had a sofa thats converyible to bed. It was very soft. Toilet and bath was clean. Good water flow but the shower head was fixed and a bit clogged. No "tabo" available so bring your own. Building is adjacent to the LRT Gilmore Station. Has a 7Eleven at the ground level. Its worth your money. Would recommend.

Very accessible to public transport. If you book here it's an inconvenience if you keep on going out as there is no access to the access card. You have to rely on the guard. Place is very clean. Staff are friendly.
